Hi,

it would be great if acme-v2 will enable the user to bring a CSR by himself.
It can be easily implemented by sending CSR create function in the options of create certificate.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
