As I understand it bower dropped the version field because it uses tags. However, I probably published to bower with a different repo... I may need to contact them to update it.

Please update package version in bower.json to 2.1.1
package.json contains 2.1.1 but bower.json contains 2.0.3
Please update package version in bower.json to 2.1.1 and upload fixed atob into NPM
