I believe wildcard certificate verification is fixed with the commits I just pushed. If anyone has the time to test thing out on live (and to be sure I didn't break anything worse) that would be great. I did actually test myself, but I didn't have time to test multiple combinations as thoroughly as I would have liked.
Still does not support multiple domains on one certificate.
There desperately needs to be some work done one error handling for DNS based verification.
